Caroline runs a monthly development group for all of her students at her location in Rainham, Kent.
This is a great place to explore and develop your healing energy skills. Gain confidence, ask questions and learn more about Reiki. Try out new ideas and connect with likeminded people.
MUMMY RELAX – PAY PER CLASS (TERM TIME ONLY)
Join our weekly Mummy Relax Classes (term time only) for all mums no matter how old your children are, who need a little me time, helping relieve anxiety, de-stress and recharge.These classes are a space for you to feel supported on your journey as a mum, helping to ease worries, anxieties and strengthening your natural bond with your baby/children in a gentle, nurturing and empowering environment.
With tips, techniques and mindfulness tools on how to calm, balance and relax, connecting with natural healing energy for yourself and your family.
We also explore how we can support ourselves and our family, from how to help our children feel safe, sleep worries and for babies using the energy to help settle baby, ease colic or wind discomfort and bring relief to other ailments as well as helping you to trust your intuition more.
And, of course, receive some fabulous Reiki healing energy for yourself, to really recharge, rebalance and boost your confidence in your natural intuitive self.
Suitable for all mums. If you have little ones you are welcome to bring them. Reiki Babies accepts no liability for your children and suggest you bring toys to entertain them during the session.

Energy Development – Evening Group Sessions
Next session is on Wednesday 13 February 2019.
On the 2nd Wednesday of each month, from 8pm-9.30pm at a fee of £10 per person.
There is a maximum of 6 spaces for this development group so that everyone gets a chance to have some healing as well as channelling healing.
