Unveiling the Labyrinth – 18 July 2021

Out of stock

A collaboration of three highly respected, multi-talented therapists and teachers.

Join Caroline, Liz and Michelle for a powerful therapeutic experience.

This wellbeing morning focusses on relieving stress, unwinding tension and learning mindfulness tools to ease every day mental and emotional stresses, worries and anxieties.

As we connect and work with the land, we reconnect to nature and our true natural being, we gather from nature to create a healing labyrinth that we will walk to journey through our life and unlock the wounds that have held us in a space of disillusionment with the self.

This is a 3 centred group experience where you will spend time with Caroline exploring how sound vibrational therapy works by playing the crystal singing bowls and experiencing the releasing of stress and tension throughout the body to bring balance to our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies and minds.

You will also spend time with Liz as she guides you through creating your Labyrinth journey to understand yourself, your patterns and stories to then mindfully bring awareness to these patterns to let go, de-stress, ease anxiety and learn unique mindfulness tools to aid your future self.

And spend time with Michelle who will guide you to understand your energy, your awareness of your emotional, mental and physical body to then connect mindfully with the herd to explore how they interact with you, how they receive you and how the gift permission for you to become a part of their herd. What will those majestic horses teach you today?

Bring warm layered clothing, a mat/ blanket or camp chair, plus journal and anything from nature that you would like to build into our beautiful nature labyrinth.

Suitable for all.

We look forward to seeing you then.
