Earth Light Reiki Level One Workshop

Level One – the journey begins…

Suitable for all, this workshop begins your journey of healing with Reiki.

With a small group of no more than 4 participants this is a personalised Reiki workshop experience.

Connecting you with your Reiki healing energy and learning how to practice giving Reiki to yourself as well as friends and family.

You will learn about your energy body, chakras and aura as well as guidance on grounding and using Reiki for a whole variety of situations and aspects of your life.

The attunement will switch on the Reiki energy in your body and activate healing energy through your hands, feet, eyes and your being as a whole.
