Reiki Babies Sound & Healing Session

Created especially for parents and their babies, and prenatal mums. This crystal sound and Reiki healing session is a perfect space for you and your little one to relax, chill 'n' heal.  The singing bowls are played just a little lighter and quieter so that babies can enjoy the crystal sound experience with you.

This 90 minute session allows time for self healing and to connect and bring healing to baby too.

With a group of no more than 6 adults and their babies you will enjoy a personalised, nurturing experience.

Whether you want to reduce stress, relieve physical or emotional tension or just relax and receive these sessions will balance your mind, body and spirit.

With sound energy and guidance on how to connect with your own healing energy Sound & Reiki Therapist Caroline Sharp brings a gentle morning of self care, nourishment and a space to relax and just be.

10.30am-12pm

Please bring a cushion and blanket for your comfort as well as a mat and some quiet toys for baby. Water and refreshments will be provided.

This event is suitable for parents/carers/guardians and their babies from newborn to approx 9 months (non-crawling). Once baby is crawling and on the move we suggest attending our adult evening sessions without baby. This event is also perfect for prenatal mums.
