Cancellation Policy

For online bookings full payment is required on booking. For in-person sessions, payments are required at least 48 hours prior to the session to confirm your attendance, if your payment has not been received in this time you appointment will automatically be cancelled.   Please note, there is a £10 cancellation fee for all appointments cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment time.
