Crystal Bowls & Bracelets Workshop

Join us for a super morning of exploring the healing powers of crystals.

We will start our journey by connecting with the crystal singing bowls as you each take it in turns to play and explore how the crystal singing bowls communicate with you and your body.

Once tuned into the energies of the crystal realm you will then be guided in how to create your very own crystal bracelet. You will choose your crystal beads from our selection, decide how you want your bracelet to look and string the beads together to make your own unique crystal bracelet.

When all the bracelets are made we will then return to the crystal singing bowls to empower and energise your bracelet with your intentions. Completing our workshop with the healing crystal sound wave vibrations.

This workshop is suitable for all with a maximum of 8 spaces.

Contraindications

During this workshop you will be playing the crystal singing bowls, there are a few contraindications in relation to being in close proximity to the sounds of the singing bowls.

• Pregnancy
• Sound induced epilepsy (advice from your doctor that any medication you are using will be sufficient for working with singing bowls will be required)
• Implanted heart pacemaker, stent or shunt
• Open wounds or scars that have not healed
• Metal pins or plates (this contraindication is inconclusive so I leave this to your own decision)
