Celebrate the Summer Solstice and the full moon with the energy of the Cacao and the healing sounds of the Crystal Singing Bowls!
Caroline will be creating a sacred space to blend her therapeutic crystal sound vibrations with the healing energy of the cacao at this Full Moon Cacao Ceremony which just happens to be only one day after this years Summer Solstice.
Sacred Cacao ceremonies are a form of shamanic healing. The pure organic cacao is prepared into a warm, nurturing drink which is consumed during the ceremony to activate the heart and body.
This is a great opportunity to set powerful, positive intentions, manifest change or realise your dreams.
We highly recommend you bring a journal to write of draw any ideas or inspirations that may rise to the surface during the ceremony.
This organic ceremonial grade cacao is sourced for this ceremony from Peru, where cacao trees naturally grow and it’s called Criollo. All cacao beans have been carefully selected and hand-picked by the local farmers.
These healing cacao ceremonies aim to restore health by restoring the body’s energy. Cacao will not cause you to have hallucinations or give you an out-of-body psychedelic experience. Ceremonial grade cacao, on the other hand, is utilised to softly touch your heart and take you on an inner trip deep into your body’s emotional centre.
As you are guided through this sacred ceremony, you will be invited to sit or lie down and listen to the crystal sound bowls whilst in this open heart space for a more intense and transformational healing experience.

Event Outline
The evening will start with guidance and blessings to the Cacao, intention setting and wishes for manifestation as we connect with the sacred energy of the Cacao and Mother Earth.
We will then flow naturally into the therapeutic healing sound bath, combining a gentle flow of healing energy and sound vibration.
Completing with gratitude and loving connection to the self, the Earth and each other.
Doors will open at 7.20pm and close at 7:25pm.
This event is suitable for adults only.
Please advise us in advance if you have any allergies, especially if you have a nut allergy, thank you.
Please bring a cup for your cacao, a yoga type mat, cushion and blanket for your comfort. A bottle of water is also recommended.
Cacao Guidance – contraindications
When partaking in this Cacao Ceremony you are responsible for yourself.
Please advise us of any allergies so that we can use ingredients that are safe for you to consume.
Cacao is full of healthy vitamins and minerals yet caution is needed if consuming with or if the body is experiencing the following:-
Anti-depressants
Certain anti-depressants are worth extra consideration. MAOI based anti-depressants are contraindicated with the tyramine in chocolate.
There has been some concern with larger doses of cacao and SSRI type anti-depressants, because of the MAOI’s in cacao, specifically, the tryptophan.
Serious heart conditions
The theobromine in cacao increases heart rate significantly and is a vasodilator, lowering blood pressure. If you have such a condition, consider consulting a physician and certainly go lighter on amounts.
Pregnancy & breastfeeding
Like coffee or tea, it is important to reduce the intake of stimulating foods. The theobromine in cacao, which is similar to caffeine, has a stimulating effect. A lower dosage of 10-20g is recommended.
Cancellation policy – Please allow at least 48 hours notice to cancel your ticket, these cancellations will receive a full refund less our PayPal fees or the full amount can be transferred to another event (we don’t get those reimbursed unfortunately).
If you cancel within 48 hours of the event there will be no refund issued. You are welcome to resell your ticket yourself, all we ask is that you please advise us of who will be attending in your place.
