Level One – the journey begins…
Suitable for all, this workshop begins your journey of healing with Reiki.
With a small group of no more than 4 participants this is a personalised Reiki workshop experience.
Connecting you with your Reiki healing energy and learning how to practice giving Reiki to yourself as well as friends, family and pets.
You will learn about your energy body, chakras and aura as well as guidance on grounding and using Reiki for a whole variety of situations and aspects of your life.
The attunement will switch on the Reiki energy in your body and activate healing energy through your hands, feet, eyes and your being as a whole.
This workshop is a wonderful opportunity to experience and learn the basics of Reiki. Explore your own unique healing gifts in a safe, encouraging space so that you’ll be able to channel this empowering healing light to yourself, friends and family. Also encourages deep self-healing.
Learn skills, techniques and how to connect with ones own unique Reiki energy. With lots of opportunity to practice Reiki and energy healing during the workshop as well as a comprehensive manual to take home, this is a wonderful learning experience.
This is a fully certificated workshop and you will receive a certificate on completion of this workshop.
All of our Reiki training courses are now fully accredited with the IPHM.
